Richard E. OcejoPlease join METC for “Craft Cocktails and Conversation,” an evening of handcrafted cocktails, craft sandwiches, and an engaging presentation by Professor Richard E. Ocejo, author and associate professor of sociology at the City University of New York (CUNY). He will share his mixology skills and how “walking into a bar” one day turned into his latest book,  “Masters of Craft: Old Jobs in the New Urban Economy,” an in-depth and personal study of the bartenders, craft distillers, upscale men’s barbers, and whole-animal butcher shop workers New York. Tickets are $25 and registration is at www.metc.org. Reception is for adults 21+.
