Facility Rentals

METC’s stunning historic building, The James Library may be rented by members or non-profit organizations for approved activities.  This venue provides a gorgeous background for photos, special events, parties and fundraisers.

The fees noted below are for the initial minimum two-hour period.  Additional time will be charged at 40% of the initial fee per one-hour period.  If you are interested in renting METC for your next event, please contact our Assistant Director, Operations for more information.
